Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food items purchased online. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at 516-621-4895 or email@example.com. We may ask for photographs of the issue and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Gift cards purchased online are non-refundable. If you have received a gift card that is not working, please contact us immediately at 516-621-4895 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at 516-621-4895 or email@example.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
If a refund is deemed necessary, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account.
